Configuring the Trusted IPs

This option designates the range of IP addresses that you allow to connect to the designated Archer web server for all instances or only a specific instance. You can enter 1 or more IP addresses.

  • To enter more than 1 IP address, separate each 1 with a comma. For example:
  • 127.0.0.1, 192.1.1.1.

  • To enter a range, enter the starting and ending IP addresses, separated by a dash. For example:
  • 192.1.1.1-192.1.1.10.

You can enable this functionality in the Security section of the Installation Settings for all instances, or on the General tab of the instance. The IP addresses you enter at the instance override the IP addresses you entered in Installation Settings.
