Setting the Default Instance for All Users

The Designated Default Instance appears in the Login dialog box. When there is a designated default instance, users are not required to specify an instance when logging into Archer. The Instance field is hidden on the login dialog box.

1. Open the Archer Control Panel, and then go to the Installation Settings tab.
2. On the General tab, go to the Default Instance section.
3. Select Enable a default instance.
4. Select the instance in the list that you want to set as the default.
5. On the toolbar, click Save.
