LookupDomainUserByLastName
The LookupDomainUserByLastName method returns a list of users with the specified last name.
Note: This query attaches a wildcard to the end of the keyword, for example, John returns both Johnson and Johnston.

Privileges. This method requires Read privileges.

Output. This method returns a string. If the method was successful, the value is an XML string that contains the properties of each user whose last name meets the search criteria. If there is a failure, the API issues an exception.
