Instance Configuration Settings

Add an existing Archer instance to Archer Instance Manager (AIM) to configure the instance general settings, link an identity provider (IDP), and configure Single Sign-on (SSO) settings. Any provisioned users of the associated IDP can authenticate to the instance.

Important: Only 1 administrator should manage configurations in Archer Instance Manager.

Prerequisites

Before you add an instance, confirm the following:

  • You can access the associated Archer instance.

  • You have verified your System Administrator credentials.

Add a new instance

  1. On the Instances section of the AIM dashboard, click Add new.

  2. Enter the instance name.

  3. Enter the sysadmin account credentials for this instance.

  4. Select the environment in which this instance exists.

  5. Review your details and click Submit.

Your instance will be available on the AIM dashboard.
