Manually Upload Diagnostics and System Data

If you disable automatic upload of Diagnostics and System Data or the automatic upload fails, you can manually upload the data. Data is stored in a zip file in the file repository.

Before you begin

Before you begin the telemetry upload, contact your Archer customer support representative to obtain a security code.

Upload the diagnostics and system data file

  1. In the file repository, in the Diagnostics and System Data folder, locate the generated zip file.

Note: The zip file name uses the following naming convention:

    <unix_timestamp>-<archer_license_key>.zip

    Example: 1474376596552-952A1203BD81315203BD9A65C.zip

  2. Extract the zip file to generate an xml file.

Note: The xml file, found in the zip file, must correctly reflect the data in the Archer configuration. If a modified version is uploaded, the xml file data will not be processed correctly.

  3. In your browser, navigate to https://manualupload.telemetry.archerirm.io/.
  4. In the Code field, enter the security code provided by your Archer customer support representative, and click Submit.
  5. On the upload page, attach the Diagnostics and System Data xml file.

Note: The maximum file size is 10 MB.

  6. Click Upload.
