Overriding the Default Images Base URL for an Instance

The Images Base URL is a custom URL used to import images into Archer in areas including Notifications, exporting and printing content, and Advanced Workflow authorization. You can override the default Images Base URL to retrieve images used in notifications. Overriding the default the Images Base URL applies mainly for a single sign-on implementation, where the Base URL is not the Archer website URL.

Override the default images base URL for an instance

  1. Click the Web tab of the instance you want to configure.

    1. Open the Archer Control Panel.
    2. From the Instance Management list, double-click the instance.
  2. In the Images Base Url field, select Override base URL for images.
  3. In the URL field, enter the URL for the location of the image used in notifications.
  4. On the toolbar, click Save.
