Applications

The following table describes the use case applications.

Application	Description
Disclosure Reports	Allows you to generate, complete, and review the recommended disclosures for TCFD, selected ESRS and IFRS disclosures, and the content for general disclosure GRI 2.
Disclosures	Captures your organization's response for each individual disclosure in a disclosure report.
Evidence Repository	Allows you to capture evidence for disclosures. Through this application, you can upload attachments, documents, or evidence and have an access-controlled method for capturing updates to versions of documents that have been uploaded. You can use the included workflow to submit, reassign, approve, and re-initiate the workflow for evidence records.

Personas and Access Roles

The following table describes the two main personas that the use case was designed for.

Persona	Description
ESG Administrators	Users responsible for the set up and day to day management of the ESG solution.
ESG Executives	Executives with responsibility for ESG and sustainability. Their focus is the reports that can be created from the ESG solution.

Data Feeds

Data Feed	Description
ESG - Metrics Management DF6 - Generate Disclosures	The Archer-to-Archer feed generates Disclosures records based on the standard/framework selected in a Disclosure Reports record.
