New & updated offerings

Technology

Technology offerings are software products or cloud services that an Archer Partner provides independent of the Archer Suite

  • Vose ModelRisk - Provides advanced Monte Carlo simulations via a Microsoft Excel add-on available for purchase via the Archer Exchange. A 15-day trial period is available before purchase.

Tools & Utilities

Tools & Utilities offerings are pre-built functions enabling administrators to more easily manage their Archer implementations

  • Archer Data Feed Monitor - Updated to add a configuration parameter that allows users to request SOAP authentication instead of REST. This offering has been converted to a paid offering.

  • Archer Dynamic Workflow Tracker - Recertified for Archer on-premises clients on Archer Platform Release 2024.11 and Archer SaaS clients in Classic Mode on 2025.04 and later. This offering has also been converted to a paid offering.

  • Archer Multi-Record Publisher - Updated to add SOAP API support for authentication and recertified on Archer platform release 2024.11 and later. This offering has also been converted to a paid offering.

  • Archer User Account Management - Updated to address issues with API filter generation when specific parameters were left empty and corrected URL formatting for Azure group filters. This was introduced as a paid offering in February 2025.

  • Archer Webconfig Editor - Recertified on Archer Platform Release 2024.11. This offering has also been converted to a paid offering.

  • Archer ZIP Management - Updated to support NGRX custom objects, addressed defects, and recertified on Archer Platform Release 2024.11 (On-Premises) and 2025.06 (SaaS).

Integrations

Integrations offerings are pre-built data exchange configurations bringing data into and pushing data out of the Archer Platform

  • NIST NVD - Updated data feed aligns with ITSVP use case updates for Archer SaaS on Archer Platform Release 2025.04 and later. This free offering may be downloaded directly from the Archer Exchange.

  • Qualys Asset Discovery - Updated data feed aligns with ITSVP use case updates for Archer SaaS on Archer Platform Release 2025.04 and later. This free offering may be downloaded directly from the Archer Exchange.

  • Qualys Vulnerability Management - Updated data feed aligns with ITSVP use case updates for Archer SaaS on Archer Platform Release 2025.04 and later. This free offering may be downloaded directly from the Archer Exchange.

  • Qualys Web Application Scanning - This is a new offering on the Archer Exchange and is currently supported for Archer SaaS environments until Archer Platform Release 2025.11 is generally available.

  • Tenable.io Vulnerability Management - Updated data feed aligns with ITSVP use case updates for Archer SaaS on Archer Platform Release 2025.04 and later. This free offering may be downloaded directly from the Archer Exchange.

  • U.S. CMS Content Data Feed - Recertified for Archer Platform Release 2024.11 and later. This free offering may be downloaded directly from the Archer Exchange.

  • U.S. Code of Federal of Regulations Content Data Feed - Recertified for Archer Platform Release 2024.11 and later. This free offering may be downloaded directly from the Archer Exchange.

  • U.S. Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency Content Data Feed - Recertified for Archer Platform Release 2024.11 and later. This free offering may be downloaded directly from the Archer Exchange.

Tool & Utility Bundles

Archer has introduced 2 tool & utility bundles that are available for purchase via your Archer representative, reseller, or distributor.

  • Lite Tool & Utility Bundle is available for SaaS and on premises clients and includes:

    • Archer BI Connector

    • Archer Data Feed Monitor

    • Archer User Profile & Contact Sync

    • Archer Zip Management

  • On Premises Tool & Utility Bundle is available only for on premises clients only and includes:

    • Archer Dynamic Workflow Tracker

    • Archer Enhanced User Experience

    • Archer User Account Management

    • Archer Webconfig Editor

Content Update

Beginning February 2025, Archer will no longer provide updates to authoritative sources and more.  Existing content will remain available on the Archer Exchange.  Please review the Roadmap Blog Archer Content Updates (login required) for additional details. 

Transition to Paid Offerings

The Archer team has been working on significant improvements to the Archer Exchange to enable a true self-service buying experience. Archer is moving some free offerings to a paid model. Offerings previously free may now require payment. These offerings require additional upkeep as Archer adds new features, addresses defects, or recertifies the offering for Archer Platform releases.  For more information, please review the blog: New and Updated offerings available for purchase on the Archer Exchange.

Offering Packages

Beginning February 2025, the Archer Exchange team began to transition offering packages from the Archer Community to the Archer Exchange. For some free offerings, you will see the Learn More button change to Try it for Free. This button takes you to MyApps page which provides the option to download the offering from the Archer Exchange user interface. For paid offerings, users will need to complete the Buy Now purchase process to obtain the offering. The package will be available in the myApps page.  For paid app-packs that require license key updates, you will need to complete the order via your account manager. The offering package will be available in myArcher.  Please review the Editions and Pricing tab > Fulfillment message for details on where to obtain the package for your offering.

Archer Next Generation Risk Experience Custom Objects

The Archer Exchange team is updating offerings containing custom objects for compatibility with the Archer Next Generation Risk Experience (NGRX). Several of these offerings have been updated in this release. Review the Archer Product Pulse for information on items on the Archer Exchange roadmap.

Hosted Environment Options Removed

The Archer team has announced the end of product support for the Archer US Hosted environment. The Archer Exchange has removed the Hosted option from the Supported Archer Environments search criteria.

End of Product Support

Archer has a defined End of Primary Support policy associated with all major versions. For additional details, refer to the Product Version Life Cycle.

The following offering has reached end of product support: 

  • Archer FFIEC-Aligned Cybersecurity Framework will reach end of product support August 2025 and will be removed from the Archer Exchange on August 31, 2025. The FFIEC is removing the Cybersecurity Assessment Tool from the FFIEC website.

  • The Security Compass integration has reached its end of product support and has been removed from the Archer Exchange.

  • Archer Model Risk Management will reach the end of product support August 2025 with no additional support available.

    • Clients requiring model risk capabilities are encouraged to purchase the Archer AI Governance use case.

    • Clients using Archer Model Risk Management can continue their current usage but must maintain on-demand application (ODA) licenses. Archer Professional Services are available for additional support or configuration.

    • Clients looking to upgrade from Archer Model Risk Management to Archer AI Governance can do so with minimal effort. We recommend consulting with Archer Professional Services regarding installation and upgrades.
