Offerings
App-Packs
App-Packs provide prebuilt applications addressing adjacent or supporting integrated risk management (IRM) processes. App-Packs are built in a similar fashion to Archer’s out-of-the-box use cases, but they are smaller and are intended to address a very specific risk issue that addresses an industry, geographic, or niche need.

Archer User Activity Monitoring - is a new offering to quickly identify inactive or locked Archer accounts assigned to records.

The following app-packs have been transitioned to licensed offerings using core applications instead of on-demand applications and recertified on Archer Platform Release 2024.11.

Content provides pre-mapped collections of best-practice policies, control standards, legal and regulatory requirements, industry standards, and assessments. This content can be imported into Archer use cases to augment and map risks to the compliance requirements that your organization faces.

Archer Services
The Archer Exchange is now highlighting services provided by the Archer Professional Services team and Archer Exchange partners. Learn more on the Archer Exchange.
Content Update
Beginning February 2025, Archer will no longer provide updates to authoritative sources and more. Existing content will remain available on the Archer Exchange. Please review the Roadmap Blog Archer Content Updates (login required) for additional details.
Coming soon, legacy content library listings will be centralized exclusively on the Archer Community. The Archer Exchange will feature a single listing redirecting users to this legacy content, and individual listings will be removed from the Archer Exchange.
Transition to Paid Offerings
The Archer team has made significant improvements to the Archer Exchange enabling a self-service buying experience. Archer is moving some free offerings to a paid model. Offerings previously free may now require payment. For more information, please review the blog: New and Updated offerings available for purchase on the Archer Exchange.
Offering Packages
Beginning February 2025, the Archer Exchange team began transition of offering installation packages from the Archer Community to the Archer Exchange. For some free offerings, the “Learn More” button changed to “Try it for Free”. This button will navigate to the MyApps page providing options to download the offering. For paid offerings, users will need to complete the “Buy Now” purchase process to obtain the offering. The package will be available via the myApps page. For paid app-packs that require license key updates, you will need to complete the order via your Archer Account Manager. The offering package will be available in myArcher.
Archer Next Generation Risk Experience Custom Objects
The Archer Exchange team is updating offerings containing custom objects for compatibility with the Archer Next Generation Risk Experience (NGRX). Several of these offerings have been updated in this release. Review the Archer Product Pulse for information on items on the Archer Exchange roadmap.
End of Product Support Policy
Archer has a defined End of Primary Support policy associated with all major versions. For additional details, see the Product Version Life Cycle.
The following integrations have reached end of product support and have been removed from the Archer Exchange.

Cognitive View - This integration has reached the end of product support and will no longer receive updates from the partner.

Global-Regulation International Law Search - This integration is no longer functional, as the company has ceased operations.

SirionLabs CLM - This integration relied on XML Notifications, a feature that was retired from the platform following Archer Release 6.9 SP2.

UCF Common Controls Hub - This integration has reached end of product support and has been removed from the marketplace.
