Offerings

App-Packs

App-Packs provide prebuilt applications addressing adjacent or supporting governance, risk and compliance (GRC) processes. App-Packs are built in a similar fashion to Archer’s out-of-the-box use cases, but they are smaller and are intended to address a very specific risk issue that addresses an industry, geographic, or niche need.

  • Archer Due Diligence Management - Now a licensed offering using core applications instead of On-Demand Applications featuring improved workflows, streamlined layouts, enhanced dashboards, and recertified on Archer Platform Release 2025.12.

  • Archer Tax Control Framework - is an ODA-based offering to help organizations design, operate, monitor, and certify a Tax Control Framework in line with OECD and Italian Regulations

Tools & Utilities

Tools & Utilities provide prebuilt functions enabling administrators to manage their Archer Platform implementation more easily or simplify the user's experience.

  • Archer Advanced Workflow Content Assistant for SaaS - Corrected enrollment issues that caused HTTP 404 errors.

  • Archer API Testing - Recertified on Archer Platform Release 2025.12.

  • Archer Dashboard Conversion - Improved reliability of dashboard conversions after some dashboards failed with a 400 error.

  • Archer Data Feed Activity Reporter - Introduces a new offering that enables Archer administrators to monitor and analyze data feed execution activities.

  • Archer Data Feed Monitor - Recertified on Archer Platform Release 2025.12.

  • Archer Mail Merge Wizard - Provides enhanced API observability and is recertified on Archer Platform Release 2025.12.

  • Archer User Account Management - Addressed issue where external Azure guest users’ #EXT# user principal names blocked group membership processing.

Integrations

Integrations offer prebuilt data exchange configurations to bring data into and push data out of the Archer Platform.

  • LexisNexis Regulatory Compliance - Improved content processing to prevent false error flags when no new data is available. Kindly review the notes below regarding an upcoming update to this integration.

  • Microsoft 365 OneDrive & SharePoint - Recertified on Archer Platform Release 2025.12.

  • ServiceNow - JavaScript file is resigned and updated to use Fetch library. Recertified for Archer Platform Release 2025.12.

  • Tenable.io - Enhanced performance and reliability with optimized data processing and simplified result generation. Recertified for Archer Platform Release 2025.10.

Archer Exchange is Moving

Beginning June 2026, Archer Exchange offerings will move to the Archer Community. You can find offering information via the Products > Archer Exchange navigation option. Review each individual offering listing to:

  • Determine if the offering is free, uses on demand applications (ODAs), or is a paid offering that requires follow up with an Archer account representative.

  • Learn how to acquire (fulfill) the offering package.

  • Review system and licensing information for pre-requisites.

Pricing Update

Going forward, all paid offerings may be purchased through an Archer account representative or Archer's trusted distributor and reseller network, ensuring you receive personalized service and expert guidance.

Coming Soon: LexisNexis Regulatory Compliance update

LexisNexis has announced that its legacy API endpoints will be decommissioned on June 29, 2026. This is a firm cutoff date. All clients currently using the legacy endpoints are required to migrate to the new APIs prior to June 29, 2026 to avoid service disruption.

To support this transition, Archer is updating the LexisNexis Regulatory Compliance integration to align with LexisNexis’ new API endpoints. LexisNexis plans to release the new APIs June 1st, and we are targeting an early June 2026 to release the updated integration.

If you currently rely on this integration, Archer recommends contacting LexisNexis to obtain your activation email and begin planning for the transition. Please check the Archer Exchange product listing page for updates in early June.

End of Product Support Policy 

Archer has a defined End of Primary Support policy associated with all major versions. For additional details, see the Product Version Life Cycle. 

The Archer Enhanced User Experience Tool & Utility has reached End of Product Support and has been removed from the Archer Exchange. Additionally, the following offerings will reach end of product support and be removed on June 8, 2026:
