  • On the Policies & Support tab.

If the offering is supported by a partner, the partner contact information is available within these sections.

If the offering is supported by the Archer Technical Support team, a message displays telling you to open a support case on the Archer Community using this link: Support. (A login to the Archer Community is required to access this information. You must be a registered Archer Community user and a licensed client or partner to access this content on the Archer Community.)
