Does Archer Mobile replace the previous 2 Archer iOS apps, Archer Assessments Mobile and Archer Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery?

No. The 2 existing Archer iOS apps will continue to be available for download.

 

Does Archer Mobile work with Archer SaaS?

Yes. The Archer Mobile app is available to all customers running Archer 6.7 and later.

 

What versions of iOS and Android are supported?

The Archer Mobile app supports iOS versions 12, 13, and 14 and Android versions 8, 9, 10, and 11.

 

If users are not using Advanced Workflow in Archer currently, can they still use the app?

No. Currently, the Archer Mobile app only enables users to work on Advanced Workflow tasks.

 

Are there any limitations to the app?

Yes. Only Advanced Workflow applications without e-signatures are supported.

 

Does the app work on tablets?

Yes.

 

Do I need a separate license to use the app?

No. The Archer Mobile app is free to download from the Apple Store and Google Play.

 

Does the app work if I have configured a range of trusted IP addresses for an incoming connection?

If your mobile ISP issues dynamic IPs to you, you may not be able to access Archer. It is recommended that you are on a network that brings your device IP within range of the trusted IPs. Contact your network administrator for further assistance.

 

I am on Archer Platform version 6.7.x. Can I still benefit from the new enhancements for Cross-Reference and Attachment fields support?

No, the new enhancements are only available to users on Archer Platform version 6.8 or later. However, the app continues to work without these enhancements on 6.7 versions of Platform.

 

I am on an Archer Platform version prior to 6.9.1.2. Can I still benefit from the new ADFS Single Sign-On capabilities?

No, the ability to sign on using ADFS SSO is only available to users on Archer Platform version 6.9.1.2 or later.

 

I am on an Archer Platform version prior to 6.9.2. Can I still benefit from the new SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On capabilities?

No, the ability to sign on using SAML 2.0 SSO is only available to users on Archer Platform version 6.9.2 or later.
