Archer Operational Scenario Analysis 6.10
Archer Operational Scenario Analysis follows global regulatory guidance and requirements to assist your organization in implementing a formalized process of Operational Resilience. This starts with an automated approach to identify the criticality of products and services and mapping the assets that support continued delivery of those services. Impact tolerances are defined across a number of categories and metrics, including the maximum tolerable period of disruption. Impact tolerances are then tested against a series of severe, but plausible scenarios, such as cyber events, contagious outbreaks, natural disasters, fraud, and more. For scenarios that fall outside the predefined impact tolerances, preventative and mitigating controls are applied, and Archer's streamlined Issues Management process can be implemented. Additionally, the use case includes an operational resilience self-assessment that can be used to determine the resilience of an organization across five key pillars. It leverages Archer's Integrated Risk Management ecosystem as a foundation for building Operational Resilience. As disruptions can impact your business, customers, and supply chain, Archer helps you evaluate scenarios and improve Operational Resilience across your organizational landscape.
