Exporting Appointments

The appointment detail is not exported or printed. You can export and print all other attributes of the appointment record.

  1. Go to the Application record page.

    1. From the menu, click the Workspace Name menu for the workspace that Schedule Management is assigned to.
    2. Select Schedule Management.
    3. From the Applications list, click Appointment.
    4. Click the appointment that you want to export.
  2. Click Export.
  3. Select 1 of the file formats for exporting the record:
    • Rich Text File
    • Adobe PDF
    • Microsoft Excel (.XLSX file type)
    • CSV
    • HTML File
    • XML File

Depending on your browser security settings, a security message may display when attempting to export the file. To use the Export feature, you may need to change your browser security settings to allow exports and pop-ups for Archer. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, add Archer to the Local intranet zone.
