Viewing Synchronization Status
You can view the status of LDAP synchronization and any failed synchronization attempts that occurred in the last synchronization.
- From the menu, click
> Access Control > LDAP Configurations.
- Locate the LDAP configuration that you want to view.
- Under the Sync Status column, note the status.
The following table describes each option. Status Description
Active
The connection is active and currently in process.
Inactive
The connection is inactive, and no scheduled synchronizations have been run.
Queued
A synchronization request has been issued, but the system has not yet responded to the request.
Failed
LDAP synchronization did not complete.
Completed
LDAP synchronization is complete.
- (Optional) To view more detailed information about the Sync Status, click the status itself to launch the Sync Status window.
Note: An Inactive status does not link to a detailed Sync Status page.
