Activating and Deactivating Advanced Workflows
When you activate an advanced workflow, jobs begin being created based on the enrollment model that you selected. When you deactivate a workflow, existing jobs for the application continue to process, but new jobs are not created.
Note: All advanced workflows installed in a package are installed as inactive and you must activate them before use.

Activate a workflow
- From the menu, click
> Application Builder > Applications.
- Select the application or questionnaire with the advanced workflow to activate.
- At the top of the Workflow Process Designer, click Activate.

Deactivate a workflow
- From the menu, click
> Application Builder > Applications.
- Select the application or questionnaire with the advanced workflow to deactivate.
- At the top of the Workflow Process Designer, click Deactivate.
