Resetting Your Offline Access Password

You are assigned a 1-time password for logging on to Offline Access. This password is displayed for a few minutes.

To complete this task, make sure the laptop running offline access is available and you are logged in to Archer.

  1. From the User menu, click Offline Access Library.
  2. Click Reset Password.
  3. Do 1 or both of the following 1 step at a time:
    • Click Copy to Clipboard to copy your user name and paste it into the office access login.
    • Click Copy to Clipboard to copy the 1-time password and paste it into the offline access login.
  4. Click OK.
  5. At User Login on the laptop, click OK.
  6. Do the following:
    1. Enter your current password (1-time password).
    2. Enter a new password.
    3. Retype your new password.
  7. Click Submit.
