Exporting Appointments
The appointment detail is not exported or printed. You can export and print all other attributes of the appointment record.

Go to the Application record page.
- From the menu, click the Workspace Name menu for the workspace that Schedule Management is assigned to.
- Select Schedule Management.
- From the Applications list, click Appointment.
- Click the appointment that you want to export.
- Click .
- Select 1 of the file formats for exporting the record:
- Rich Text File
- Adobe PDF
- Microsoft Excel (.XLSX file type)
- CSV
- HTML File
- XML File
Depending on your browser security settings, a security message may display when attempting to export the file. To use the Export feature, you may need to change your browser security settings to allow exports and pop-ups for Archer. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, add Archer to the Local intranet zone.
