Search Options: Fields to Display (Classic)

The Fields to Display section allows you to choose which fields to include in your search results.

Search limitations

Not all functions are available for each field type. For example, it is not possible to return a "Minimum of" for the Text field type.

Supported functions by field type in a statistics search

Note: While the Sub-Form field type is not supported for statistics searches, fields within an embedded sub-form are supported. You cannot apply a grouping or aggregate function to a sub-form field, but you can apply these functions to fields within the sub-form.
