Search Options: Bing Maps (Classic)

The Map format option is only available if the administrator enabled Bing Maps. You can present map data in a format that is clear and easy to visualize by configuring the map options. Select the following options from the drop-down list before you run a search.
Important: The Map format does not support cross-reference and leveled applications.

Display Mode |
Sets 1 of the following map views:

Name |
Sets the data layer name. Note: On the map display, you can select multiple data layers to display. Click to expand and collapse the data layers menu. |
Location |
Sets 1 of the following location types: Address or Latitude/Longitude. |
Address Data |
If the location type is Address, select the address values from the values list. |
Latitude |
If the location type is Latitude/Longitude, select the latitude value. Numeric field types are available for selection. |
Longitude |
If the location type is Latitude/Longitude, select the longitude value. Numeric field types are available for selection. |
Pin Type |
Sets standard or custom pin types. |
Color |
Sets the color of pins on the map. The Custom (By Value) option enables you to select different colors for different values in the values list. In the Values List field, select the values to display on the map. |
Important: Archer has tested map performance with up to 10,000 records. For more than 10,000 records, optimal system performance is not guaranteed.
