Engage
Archer Engage allows you to publish information requests, from either a questionnaire or application, from your Archer instance to an external portal. It simplifies the end-user experience with a friendly modern interface.
The Archer Engage Agent publishes content back and forth between your Archer instance and the portal. Information requests are published to either the internal users, the people within your organization, or external vendors.

Who can configure Engage?
Through an access role, you must have the following rights:
- Configuration administrator of the application or questionnaire.
- The CRUD access role settings to the Administration | Application Builder | Manage Applications page.
Overall process
- Build an application, or questionnaire.
- Configure Engage.
- Publish Requests.
