Managing Data Feeds
Use the data feed listing page to view existing data feeds. From this page, you can choose specific columns to display, filter column names, and perform basic actions.

Indicates the amount of time the data feed run takes to complete The duration displayed in this column depends on the status type of the feed. For more information, see Data feed status types. |
Predecessor |
The previously run, completed data feed that triggers the selected data feed |
Scheduled |
Indicates the date and time that the data feed is scheduled to run |
Updated By |
Identifies the user who last updated the data feed |
Listing page actions
Import a data feed
Use this option to import existing data feeds into Archer.
- From the menu, click
> Integration > Data Feeds.
- In the header, click
.
- Select the file to import.
- Review the imported data and make any necessary corrections.
Actions column
The Actions column on the listing page includes basic actions available for a selected data feed.
- From the menu, click
> Integration > Data Feeds.
- In the Actions column, click

Export a data feed
The Export Data Feed option exports the selected data feed. This option is also found within an individual data feed.
Copy a data feed
The Copy data feed option creates a copy of the selected data feed.
View the run history
The Run History page contains the following information:
- Name of the data feed
- Status of the data feed. For more information, see Data feed status types.
- Start and end date and time of the data feed
- Number of source rows processed
Run details
The Run details report indicates statistical details of the data feed run and includes descriptive messages and the locations of any problems that may have occurred.
Access the Run details report in 1 of the following ways:

On the listing page, click the status of a data feed.

On the Run history page, select a data feed history record.

On an individual data feed page, in the header, click the data feed status.

Identifies the name of the source file processed and the position of the character in the file causing the error For example, (3, 17) indicates the 3rd row, numbered this time starting from the header row, and the 17th character in the row. |
Run now
The Run Now option runs the selected data feed. Each associated data feed must be run individually. To run the data feed, the feed must be active.
This option is also found within an individual data feed.
Manage data feed page actions
Edit Transport Type
The Edit Transport Type option allows you to change the transport type of the current data feed.

From the menu, click
> Integration > Data Feeds.

Select a data feed and go to the Source Connection tab of the data feed.

From the Transport Method list, select a transport type.
Copy page link
The copy page link option copies the URL of the current data feed. The following actions occur when you click copy page link:
- If the data feed has been saved, the URL takes the user to the Manage Data Feed page of the current data feed.
- If the data feed has not been saved, the URL takes the user to the data feed listing page.
- From the menu, click
> Integration > Data Feeds.
- Select the data feed.
- Click

Data feed status types
The data feed status indicates the current state of the data feed. The status is also found within the listing page, an individual data feed, the Run history page, and the Run details page.
