Exporting Reports (Classic)

You can export an existing Archer report to an external file.

Here are the supported report export file formats:

Export a Report
Note: If the original name of the saved report contains any of the characters / \ : * ? " < > |, the export process removes them from the report name. The export process also truncates report names longer than 80 characters and inserts a time stamp.

To display a list of reports, do 1 of the following:
- In the System menu, click Reports to display reports that you own.
- In the Admin menu
, under Management Reporting, click Report Listing to display global reports and your own personal reports.
- On the Manage Solutions page, click
to display Solutions System Reports.
- In a Workspace menu in the Menu Bar, click
in a specific solution application sub-menu to display a list of reports for that application.
- On the front office Classic Dashboard, click the individual iView options drop-down on Classic Dashboard, then click Display Report. Select the Export or Print option in the Report section.
Note: Click on Export to PDF or PPTX in the front office Classic Dashboard to download a report.
- Click the report you want to export from the list of reports you have displayed.
- Click
.
- Select the applicable display format for the export file.
- In the Export Complete dialog, click here to access the exported file.
- Open or save the exported file using the tools available in your browser.
Note: Use the Scheduled Report Distribution option to schedule reports for delivery via email to 1 or more users at the scheduled time.
Report Access
The permissions that apply to your user profile determine the reports that are accessible to you. Depending on the report, not all file formats may be available for the export.
