Customizing Workspaces & Dashboards

Workspaces and dashboards are set up by administrators for their end-users. End-users can customize some options and create some personal content.

Select workspaces to display

You can customize your navigation menu to show only the workspaces that you use.

  1. From the User menu, select Preferences.
  2. On the Workspaces tab, choose the workspaces to display in your navigation menu.

  3. (Optional) Drag the workspaces into your preferred order.
  4. Click Save.

Create a personal dashboard

You can configure personal dashboards only if you have been granted access by your Archer administrator.

Creating a personal dashboard from a dashboard:

  1. From a workspace, click Elipsis > Add Dashboard.

  2. On the right panel, go to Properties > General

  3. Enter a name and description for your dashboard.

  4. In Access Section, select Personal.

  5. Add widgets to the dashboard.

  6. Click Save.

Delete a personal dashboard

Personal dashboards are specific to a user and are available if you have enabled a workspace for personal dashboards. You can delete personal dashboards from these workspaces.

  1. From the menu, go to the workspace with the personal dashboard you want to delete.

  2. Open the personal dashboard, click Elipsis > Delete Dashboard.

  3. Click Delete.
