Adding Report Templates to a Mail Merge Template
You can only have 1 report template present at a time. If the Mail Merge template has an existing report template, the system replaces it with the template you are adding.
Note: You can only upload DOC, DOCX, DOT, and DOTX files.
- From the menu, click
> Management Reporting > Mail Merge Templates.
- Select the Mail Merge template that you want to update.
- In the Report Template section, do the following:

- Attach the file.
- Click Upload.
Note: Maximum file size is 10MB.
- Click

Click Save or Save and Close.
- To apply the changes and continue working, click Save.
- To save and exit, click Save and Close.
