Getting Engage Up and Running On-Premises

Important: If you are using a SaaS or Hosted environment, Engage is already available. Speak with your Archer sales representative about obtaining an Engage license.

Before you begin

Ensure your environment is fully supported and qualified using the Archer Qualified and Supported Environments available on the Archer Community.

Ensure your system sizing requirements are being met based on the Sizing Quick Reference chart. For more information, see the "Sizing Quick Reference Chart" in the Archer Platform Help.

Ensure you are running a supported version of Archer.

Review your system security settings to make sure everything is properly protected.

What is the process to get my Archer system to run Engage?

  1. Update your Archer instance with assistance from Archer Customer Service.

  2. Prepare your environment for Engage Agent installation and configure your Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) settings to allow proxy requests to the Engage Agent.

  3. Install the Engage Agent.

  4. Configure the application or questionnaire that contains the content you want to publish.
