Getting Engage Up and Running On-Premises

Important: If you are a SaaS client, Engage is already available. Speak with your Archer sales representative about obtaining an Engage license.

To connect your Archer instance to Engage, complete the following tasks:

  1. Review the Archer Qualified and Supported Environments list to ensure your environment is fully supported and qualified.

  2. Ensure your system sizing requirements are being met based on the Sizing Quick Reference chart. For more information, see the "Sizing Quick Reference Chart" in the Archer Platform Help.

  3. Review your system security settings to make sure everything is properly protected.

  4. Prepare your environment for Engage Agent installation and configure your Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) settings to allow proxy requests to the Engage Agent.

  5. Install the Engage Agent.

  6. Configure the application or questionnaire that contains the content you want to publish.
