Managing Layouts

Use the Application Designer page to view existing layouts, create new layouts, and copy and delete existing layouts.

Delete Layouts

If you have delete permissions to an application or questionnaire, you can delete the associated layouts.

You cannot delete the Default Layout or any layouts currently associated with advanced workflow nodes. If you attempt to delete a layout with advanced workflow dependencies, a warning appears.

1. From the menu, click> Application Builder > Applications.
2. Select the application or questionnaire with the layout to delete.
3. In Layout Properties, click Delete Layout.
4. Review the warning and confirm.

Copy Layouts

If you have create permissions to an application or questionnaire, you can copy the associated layouts.

Important: This option is only available for applications or questionnaires that use advanced workflow.

1. From the menu, click> Application Builder > Applications.
2. Select the application or questionnaire with the layout to copy.
3. In the Layouts menu, click Copy Current.
4. Enter a new layout name and click Copy Layout.
