- iViews appear in the order in which they are laid out on the dashboard (left to right followed by top to bottom).
- The time and date stamp appears at the bottom of the PDF window to indicate when the dashboard was exported according to locale.

Create a Classic Dashboard from a workspace
You can create a new global or a personal Classic Dashboard from a workspace.
Task 1: Create a dashboard
-
From a workspace, click
> Add Global Classic Dashboard.
-
In the General Information section, enter the name and description.
-
In Layout Design section, select the column layout for the dashboard.
-
(Optional) Attach supporting documentation about the configuration of your dashboard.
Task 2: Determine who can access the dashboard
-
Go to the Access tab.
-
Select whether you want the dashboard to be public or private. If you select private, select the users, groups, roles, or solutions that you want to give access to this dashboard.

-
Click OK.
