Archer Engage

Welcome! Archer Engage allows you to publish information requests from Archer to an easy-to-use external portal. Engage uses the Archer Engage Agent to publish content between Archer and the Engage portal.

What does Engage do for me?

Engage collects data from individuals who need to provide risk data with confidence, accuracy, and efficiency. Engage users do not require an Archer account.

Engage users are:

  • Internal business users who need to provide risk data about their organizational risk.

For example: If there is an incident at a brick and mortar store, the manager can enter the details of the incident into an easy to use template designed by an Archer Administrator and pushed through Archer to Engage.

  • External third parties who need to provide risk data about third party engagements. These owners can add their peers as contributors, so that multiple team members can work simultaneously to provide expertise when answering questionnaires.

For example: You require details from a vendor about their office security. In Archer, you create a questionnaire for them to fill out, and push it to the Engage portal. The vendor you identify as the owner receives an email which directs them to the Engage Portal for completion. The owner can assign other members of their team different sections of the questionnaire to answer, as contributors.

What do I need to use Engage?

If you are using a SaaS or Hosted Archer environment, Engage is already available. Just speak with your Archer sales representative about obtaining an Engage license. Then you can begin configuring your Engage content.

If you maintain your own Archer environment, you need to set up the Archer Engage Agent. While you are setting up Engage for your environment, remember to review your security.
